About Us

In 2016, Mr. Clamato a family owned business that originated it's idea from Mexicali, Baja California opened it’s food trailer with its 2 item menu which grew into a restaurant by 2017. Our chavela mix quickly became our most popular item on the menu which inspired owner Victor Lopez to create Mr. Chavela. His dream was to be able to share it with people outside of his hometown, Bakersfield, Ca.
